Spring is Here!

Finally!  We have some spring flowers. Come to Lasdon Public Gardens and see the earliest blooms on the grounds.

Flowers of Pieris japonica, Japanese andromeda, an early blooming evergreen shrub which is deer resistant!

One of the earliest blooming shrubs in our synoptic border, Abeliophyllum distichum ‘Rosea’. This lovely fragrant shrub blooms at the same time as the forsythia but adds pink flowers to the landscape.

Our tulips have started –

Tulipa ‘Red Emperor’ along with Fritillaria ‘Lutea Maxima’ and ‘Sunset’
